[TI] Global Europe 1 - loosing connection

    Hello,

    Today have started playing on Global Europe 1, but it seems I loose the connection with the server all the time. Most of the connection drops happen when I jump a gate, any gate. As soon as I find my self on the next map after the jump, I get the window to reconnect or log out the game.
    Back page has no issues so far, and it is loading fast. I have checked my connection before posting here, I have no troubles at all with any other activities on the Internet. :(

    Can you please get to support and check this? If you need any further details about my connection, or some trace logs, let me know.

    There is another thread about this issue and that person was asked to run a special test and send the information in as this is an ongoing issue with that server. I believe it was White Pages on GB1 where I saw the instructions.

    Hm, strange. I was looking into the active threads, and didn't saw anything about this. Maybe I have missed something? Can you share the link please?

    Although, I have to note that the problems are now gone. I do not face any disconnecting issues, at least for now. :)
