[TI] Guns don't install

A few nights ago while in use out in space, my Goliath decided uninstall its guns and CPUs. I have screen shots of in hanger even with full CPU/Laser load out the main screen says 0 for lasers and when I try to shoot at even a Struener its obviously still says that I have no lasers equipped. Help! I am a returning player after a number of years and this isn't a good start.

 

Hm, it must be something with browser and flash cache data. Try to clear browser cache, flash player cache and then log again to see if it worked If you have already done this, and it is still the same issue, I think you should go straight to support and check the issue further by developers.

PS. Before contacting support, clear all the configs on the ship by pressing on the button bellow, and re-equip the ship again.

 

After further investigation into your issue, it is not a game problem merely and oversight. Would you please go into your hanger > equipment and above the Spaceship tab you will see the numbers 1 & 2. These numbers are your ship configurations. Currently you have lasers and equipment on your #1 configurations however there is nothing installed on configuration 2.

What I think you experienced is the following: You were playing and started to type hitting the letter C, which changes configurations and in doing so your ship went to the configuration where there was nothing installed.

You merely need to install equipment on your second configuration to resolve this issue.
