[TI] Hanger and Gates not working

    I go to my hangar and it won't load, I go to my gates and they won't load either. seems like
    most everything else will load.

    I have had same issue with GG's.. cannot access back page to build a gate for the weekly mission..
    Come D O .. what have you messed with this time ? :rolleyes:


    Hang on... hanger not loading.. ' ERROR ! - An unknown error occurred.. Click RESTART to reload the equipment area ' ..
    Again & again & again & again & again & again... but same result... No access to hanger... so cannot reload cloaks... thanks a bunch D O. o_O

    yeah that's what it's saying on my hangar too. It's been like this pretty much all day.

    I'm on USA 2 (East) and having the same issue reported above. Please let me know if you need any additional information.

    It's a real shame that it looks like D O techs have no interest in the issues raised in the forum.... PRIME time now and someone should be available to sort out ANY issues with the game... Come on techs, please pull your finger out and fix the bugs.. :confused:

    Hello,

    Clear your cache, close the browser & restart it. The security update today will need you to clear out the old data from before the update took place on the webpages.

    I tried that earlier, didn't work. The bookmark I had for the login page wasn't being converted from http to https. It was allowing a http connection, even after login. Changing the URL to start with https:// solved the problem for me. Thanks for your help.

    You didn't say as much, we can't guess everything ;)

    Did you try https://www.darkorbit.com as andruil suggested having to do?

    tried the the url, it worked. there was no need for sarcastic commentary.

    32425537, the issue is resolved. however in google chrome the permissions for flash had to be reset and the browser re-cleared with the new url. this was not the case on foxfire as it worked with just the change of the url, I have not tried it on explorer.

    Ah, well, if it's all sorted for you now then don't quite need your UserID anymore. Should be all good from hereon^^ (at least in light of the current issue)
