I try to go to hanger.( it say bigpoint can not handle this request at this time )um help

everyting eles works in game and backpage just not hanger

yes everything eles works perfect but hanger says this

Appears its not only you who has this issue, id guess its a server problem so youll have to wait till it gets restarted

 

same issue here, hangar won't open , GG works just fine. And also , funny enough, my pet just reached lv 7 tried to buy the lv 3 kamikaze , i won't let me select or even buy the gear.

 

There was an update today with the PET customization sync. Please let me know if you are still having this issue after doing the following:

1. Clearing Cache
2. Clearing Browser history
3. Clearing Flash storage date
4. Ensuring all items are updates
5. Attempting to use a different web browser to open this page.

Let me know so that we can proceed further.
I would also need the follwoing information so that we can investigate the matter further

What he said. And apart from that, I had similar issue where everything worked except for the hangar and game client window. Endless loading. Checked with a VPN and everything worked perfectly but when I turned it off, it went back to the same issue. Left it alone but cleared cache and cookies before going back in (an hour later) and it seemed to have fixed by itself.

 

Its definitely a problem with the game i try'ed 3 different computers Done everything ASTRAEA said to do and its not working but on a different account the hangar does work.

 

OK I waited till after server restart. and it lets me in hanger now but when I click equipment it just keeps trying to load.

I just checked this on my account and it works fine. Maybe a computer reboot is in order. I had to do that last night to fix a cargo issue on the same server. Don't ask me how rebooting the computer helps though.

 

As multiple people have the issue its probably not something to do with your computer, the only things that would effect it on your side are flash player and catch, Can you post your game name, ship id and server please so it can be checked out
