[TI] havocs missing

    ok fellow space pilots got a prob trying to eqiupe too ships with havocs in my inventory i have 21 havocs when trying to put them on 1st ship its only showing 17 i have checked all ships in hanger and no havocs on my other ships.i have sent ticket to support but because they are taking so long to get back to me in the past with all the problems they have . thought i would ask for hints and tips in forum thanks for any feedback regards gb1 player

    Hi OILDAILY,

    Usually (but not always) the problem you describe can be resolved by clearing your caches and reloading the back page. Give that a try or maybe check with a different browser to see if they all show up. If they show up in a different browser, clearing the caches again on your normally used browser should clear it up.

    Another way to view all the equipment is to go to the hangar, select any ship then click Manage. Once there, click the Inventory button and see if the Havocs all show up there. If so, you likely just need to locate the ship they are on and remove them.

    Let us know if you are able to locate the missing items, hopefully they show up :)

    a lot of people have had stuff missing lately, your best chance is messaging support and providing screen shots of proof if you have any, also oddessey read my chat section thing lol
     
  4. As Oddessey says usually the missing items are assigned to one config of a ship and you forgot to remove them. If they show in the Inventory section (under drones) then they are assigned to a ship somewhere. Check both configs when you are looking for them. If they have been recently removed from a ship I have had to reload the Hangar to have them seen as not assigned to a ship.

    You may end up having to wait for support to get back to you.

    cleared catch unplugged router checked all ships again and again been to support but they must be busy with everyones glitches so i will have to hang on in there but thanks for feedback ^^^
