[TI] Help, I'm stuck at 1/4 loading screen

Hello, I used and still playing on chrome, I had no error, nothing, and now I woke up, and I see that the map isn't loading anymore cause it does get stuck/ freeze at 1/4 from loading; I tried to do lots of things ( i will post them below ) and still doesn't works.

I even downloaded the client, but the error is still there.

I tried the following :

1. Checking if Web Browser is up to date
2. Installing/ Uninstalling Flash and Java
3. Cleared the cache
4. Clearing the Browser history
5. Closing all Programs Running in the Background
6. Clearing Flash player data
7. Trying multiple Browsers to see if the issue continues (and it does)
8. Restating PC
9. Resetting network connection
10. Trying different servers.
11. Trying to switch ships
12. Trying to close PC ( even tho I just opened it a few hours ago after I woke up) and let it extra 3-4h closed
13. Performing a clean installation of Windows.

I also tried :

1. Writing on the official discord server
2. Asking the clan members
3. Looking on almost all google search result pages about relevant issues.

Nothing worked. It is a server problem, or what may cause that issue? What can I do left to fix it?

PS :
There is NO error caused by any spec's of my PC since I'm playing very well Tom Clancy's The Division 1 & 2, Nier: Automata, also being able to work very well in Unity & Microsoft Visual Studio
