[TI] Hot Keys not working

    Hello

    I have logged in today and none of my hot keys work at all... neither the normal ones or the premium ones. Any idea what this is? I have cleared my cache. When i hit reset it does not reset hot keys

    Hi ßισσdѕ-J-ƒαЯ
    have you checked under settings to see if your hotkeys have been set to nothing? i.e. you may need to re-allocate manually and save your hotkeys the way you like them... this happens occasionally and no-one seems to know why... Or as happened to me the other day I turned my numbers lock off accidentally and lost half my hotkeys until I realised :oops: although you say you have lost all yours so I guess it may be the first idea...

    Well everytime i do UBA i loose my hotkeys settings. This is getting very frustrating. And to mention the fact get stuck in UBA almost every 3 rd fight >.<

    Best to reset your settings and save, then go back into settings and re-bind your hotkeys. This works for me, if it doesn't work for you I don't know what will. Hope this helps.

    Same thing happened to me other night. Go to settings on game page/flash. Settings/keyboard.. reset your numbers there and save. Problem fixed. Has been fine since I did that. Not sure why they all got set back to nothing but that was the problem.

    This is a BUG that Support can not explain and I had several times when I started this account on us3 and got no help from them. They can not explain why the bindings drop but by rebinding all of the defaults MANUALLY it does solve the issue until it hits again. At one point I had to bind all of the HotKeys every time I logged in as I could not start a fight or change ammo with the keyboard, could only use the mouse.
