[TI] How to change title

how do you change title novadays? before there used to be a small square left to title ,now i dont see it, tried on mozilla and chrome,same. well there is something i will show you over picture,i paid 2 pet repairs,lol ,that would be actually 2 bug reports, i dont care about that uri,even if im broke ,but would be nice it dont happens

Click Overview, then pick any option and then click Overview again
The boxes will appear, letting you change your title
