[TI] I can not use my PayPal blacklist

  1. Hello bigpoint team I have a problem with my account since I was able to recover it (I had already stolen it 4 months ago and I was able to recover it) but I have not been able to rebate for 4 months or paypal using it (it is the only one that I can use it in my country) I'm from Venezuela and the account says it's an American state .. a friend 1 month ago I gave me a discount and I preached because I could not buy it ... I already contacted the paymant support and they told me that you could they help with the ticket number TICKET # 747908 - CLOSED .... What do I have to do to be able to buy via paypal? and if it is possible to change my account to venezuela again?
     
  2. Don't worry, I'm still waiting for my ticket to be resolved (around 6 months old btw.) and when I try to contact the support, they dont even bother replying anymore :)

    Please contact the regular Customer Support and inquire about a payment region change. You'll just have to explain your situation and provide them with information as they request it.

    Your account is currently in this payment region since the first account payment was made with a US IP, or if support have previously changed it. The problem with the Payment Support is, that you can't explain your situation, so you'll have to go through the regular game support.
