[TI] I can't log in

I can't log in my account, it's not normally. Please explain how cause unable log in? Can you fix it to make log in able?

 

You might want to describe your issue better, such as does the url have a error code in it? What browser you are using etc.

Also how are you in the forums if you cannot log in? Since you need to be logged into the backpage to access the forums.

 

That is why I send support but support wasn't answer me, I use right url and I log in and won't working to log in, it's not even wrong username or wrong password.

 

Yes but when you try and log in and it fails there should be a error code in the url e.g:
darkorbit.bigpoint.com/index.es?action=externalHome&loginError=99

Also as I said, how are you in the forums if you cannot log in; you can only access your forum account via a link on the backpage.
