[TI] I cant upgrade my speed with premerium or other ores.

    Hello I have all g3n-7900 on my spear head with speed of 490 or so (max). And I also have promerium in my ship storage. I was able to put promerium in my speed (1 for 10 minutes) until I ran out of promerium. I transferred some more promerium but now I cant seem to upgrade. I drag promerium into the speed box, a box pops up with an amount to select with a button to upgrade, i click upgrade with various amounts of promerium but nothing happens. This has been happening since yesterday. Can you help me out? User ID is 3551214 (P.S. all my engines are in the ship for both config)

    Have your cleared your Browser History, Flash Cache (if a plug-in) Java Cache, reset your computer, along with the Modem/Router?

    These may be part of the problem. If this does not solve the issue you might want to have Support look at the issue.

    The easiest way to contact support is on the back page click the "?" in upper right corner and then select the Support in the popup text box. Include the server, ship name, user ID and a description of the problem and ask that a tech look into it as the normal computer clean up did not work.
