  1. So I upgraded my hard drive for a bigger one and installed windows 7, one of the first things after installing Firefox was to make sure this game would work on both the back-page and the server, all was well.
Then I did some personal preference modifications and tried to access the server and all I get now is a blank page(other than the words 'Game Client' flashing on the TAB). Even if I wait a minute or two nothing changes.
I took out the exceptions for blocking pop-ups I had done on the options because I didn't know if that somehow affected the client when I did it.

Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

I would first ask, since you have recently added windows 7 to a new hard drive, have you done all the necessary updates?

Have you verified you have a current version of Adobe Flash player installed.

Do you have an upgraded version of Java installed.

What type of internet connection to you utilize - cable/ DSL / WiFi / open source (public access) ?

    Let me know

I got through all the updates. I have the current version of Flash player installed, and it's cache is cleared. I also have the current version of Java installed.
I cleared my Firefox browsing history, which is also the current version.
No change-Black screen, nothing more no matter how long I wait.
I use a password encoded WIFI.

If you use windows 10 check your graphics driver and see if it as been updated and if so try rolling the driver back also turn off your wifi and try with a hard wired connection.

  6. Appreciate the input USS-Aries, would a similar problem affect windows 7 and, if so, would the solution be similar.

Did I mention the server was working for a day or two until about the same time I made some personalizations and put a few add-ons in. I disabled them once and tried the server again to no avail, but I'm thinking about deleting them entirely and seeing what happens.
I find it hard to believe that changing my resolution and my wallpaper would/should effect accessing the server to this game. I have changed it before to this comp(w/ old HD) and other comps w/ no adverse effects. I can't remember what else exactly I may have changed, to be honest.

WhoWhatWhereWhy, Have you tried resetting your browser back to installation defaults? Sometimes it is best to go back to the condition it worked best in, and make your changes one at a time to see what may have caused the issue.

    Best regards,

  8. No, I haven't tried that, and it is probably the best advise I've heard.
I'll let you know what happens, here.
    Thanks

  9. Ok, I restarted in browser'safe-mode', and even though I'm not sure if it's permanent or I'll revert back to my previous personal settings I can say I'm on the right track.
Thank you and Best Regards to everyone.
