[TI] Invalid Vouchers (Expiration date???)

Recently started playing DO again, and after sorting through the hundred of newsletter DO has sent me to come back and play. They offered me some voucher codes to redeem, some of them has an expiration date but many do not including some recent ones for example they just had one the code:

ENERGYRUSH

(Non Redeemable)
Is this non redeemable after a certain date? Why do some vouchers have an expiration but others do not? I feel as if they aren't clear with these expirations on the vouchers. If there's an expiration date on them then clearly they should state so.

 

yes , some of these codes expire after a few weeks . they mostly are event-related

 

Yes, I am aware of that but if they expire then DO should place an expiration date.

Half of the newsletter with codes have an expiration on them and the other half doesn't, I don't see why they just don't put it on all if they all are going to expire.

Every voucher code has an expiration date, some has a fixed time and date and others doesn't due to multiple reasons. I suppose they could add a line informing you that it will expire "eventually" if the expiration isn't a fixed time. We'll forward it up to the team.
