[TI] items vanishing while upgrading

    So for the 2nd time i have upgraded stuff and it has vanished i have contacted support to no avail ,Both times who refuse to listen , and blatantly ignore the evidence i give them , and just ignore the email i send and then close the ticket ,
    So 1st i lost a high level shield gen , This time i have lost a high level lf4 while upgrading .
    As they ignore the reports so they could maybe give it to the tech support so they could look into it il do it here in the hope that tech support do actually look here some times.
    The Problem is not instantly apparent while you are upgrading only when you come to collect the item you have upgraded.
    As you can see from this first image things are not correct...

    And in this image a level 11 shield failed to upgrade at all.

    The problem with proving this is the fact that the uridium log doesn't report these it just takes the uridium when you press upgrade and doesn't log it.
    this is the reply with the uridium log that support sent back to me while i was trying to explain it and they completely ignored what i was saying.

    I their for leave the rest upto you . DO ripe off ? or DO bug they dont want you to know about ? or find out about and acknowledge that their is one as it is a serious fault with the system that has probably taken loads of uridium from people without them knowing and is costing the paying costumer(which is free money for them as you have to get another item and upgrade it again from the base level ).

    TAL-shiar, While I can understand your frustration, Support has the final word in any issue. You are welcome to have them look over the issue again, but their decision is final and there is nothing we can do here in Forums.
