    Hello,I have one problem.I live in Michigan which is the state that allows to enter the jackpot but the pop up window to register for jackpot does not show up anymore when I enter from my computer,it only shows if I enter from my Iphone/Ipad to my back page and I am wondering why?how can this be fixed?Thanks in advance

    Good question topdog. I have the same problem and have never got any response back for it and I live in Ohio. When you figure out why pls let us know because there is a lot of ppl suffering from this.

    I have reported this to support to investigate further, however can i ask whether you have ever accessed your account from another state (those that are forbidden) in the past?

    I apologize if you haven't been able to participate in JPA this month, however we will do our best to get the issue forwarded to support to resolve.

    Hi,I have accessed it from my IPhone using cellphone data and not house wifi and sometimes my data shows from different state when it switches towers depending on my location so I cannot confirm it but it could be possible.I hope it could be resolved.
