  2. What browser are you using and what version of flash player are you using? Do you have Java installed?

The problem here seems to be your browser. If you by any chance use firefox nightly I would suggest to try out another browser like google chrome and see if it works ;)

You will also need to check your flash player and make sure hardware acceleration is checked if not you will have to click on the check box to enable it. Some of the older ATI graphics cards are not supported by Windows 10 and you may need to upgrade your graphics card, if your graphics card uses shared memory and as not got a GPU you will also need to upgrade it.

  6. Doing a simple upgrade to Windows 10 can cause problems for most users. It's highly recommended to save your personal files to another PC/USB, and restore the PC you're upgrading back to factory settings and then upgrade from there.

If your using a WiFi connection try using a hard wired connection as it is faster and more stable. If you can only use WiFi you may need to access your router WiFi settings and change channels to one with a better signal.

  12. when you updated there should be an option to roll back OP in the system restore window. I found this out when i tried to rollback my changes that was not supported by win 10... you can restore back to win 7 in the same window

  13. That is true, but, Microsoft being them, you're only given a 30 day window. After having Windows 10 longer than that, you cannot rollback unless you do a factory reset to it original Windows software (assuming the reset gets you back to the Windows you want).

  14. Roger that.. Both HELLS Angel and KilerStreak..
    after the FACT..
I bought a Service plan from HP.. Huey Da PakMan.. yet I Didnt know anything about the TIME Frame..
so I got Framed.. and I feel like a ROGER-Rabbit..

after a 40day.. attempt to Fix the WiFi Dropping issue.. the Technicians Told me about the Rollback.. made me LoL.. They want me to Insert the Original Disks.. My OS was preloaded and I will Have to PAY an Outside Service Company to Crack my Pc to ReLoad the Original OS..
Posting This Issue for Answers and Letting others Know..

If you had windows 8 prior to win 10 upgrade and know your product key and have access to another PC you can download the iso for win 8 from Microsoft and there tool for creating a bootable usb device and from there you can reinstall windows 8 and then download the required drivers you need from HP, if you upgraded from win 7 and know some one with a win 7 disk you can reinstall from that disc as long as you use your own original product key this can be found on the underside of your laptop once installed download your required drivers from HP. Don't forget to back up any data you may have on your laptop to either an external HDD or usb storage device first. There is also an advantage to using either of these methods as you will not have any of the HP bloatware.

I am sorry that the Windows 10 Upgrade was not what you were hoping it to be...
I am glad that you warned me up and others , it was very nice for you to post this so that others are aw2are of the issue you have had.

I am wondering... If you bought your computer from HP, did it not come with a disk that has drivers and such on it. If you got the Disk, you should be able to open it (the CD disk) and see what is on it prior to install. If it has the OS System, you should be able to insert the Key that should be listed on the product sticker on the side or back. (Just a thought.)

Let me know how things are progressing.

Does the OP have any further questions on this topic?
    Have a nice day.

  17. System Restore? Haven't seen that mentioned here. I'm no techy but just a thought.

  18. Yeah - there is a system restore - just Control Panel it. I got the Win 10 upgrade two days after notification. Runs with no problems - love the pictures every log-in  Just restore system to the day before you changed your OS. I use iron browser btw - it is chrome light - no need for all that extra junk - just a clean browser. Used to run on firefox and google chrome, but they added too much backtracking data causing lag.

System restore to previous OS is more complicated with windows 10 as after 30 days you can no longer roll back and must do a clean reinstall from either a disc (Windows 7) or USB device (Windows 8) as a norm when a new PC/Lap top was purchased with Windows 7 either a set of disc's was supplied or there would have been a partition with a system restore ISO. All HP machines have been delivered with a restore partition since Windows Vista and a guide on how to burn a set of discs as a back up should your HDD drive fail. Most Windows 8 machines come with a back up partition and a guide on how to make a bootable USB device should your HDD fail. Before an upgrade to Windows 10 you should make sure the you have either your back up discs or USB device and product key as a fail safe, to find your product key for Windows 7 you must look for your OEM sticker this is can found on the left or right hand side of your case or at the rear of your case and on a lap top most often on the underside. To find your product key for Windows 8 is a little more complicated as there are no OEM stickers with Windows 8, you must check all the documentation supplied with your machine for your product key or use a reliable software that will list all product keys of your installed software and OS once the list is complete you should then print it and keep it safe.

I dont think windows 10 is the problem here at all.
The problem is at your browser/drivers.
Check plugins, flash check if all recent drivers are downloaded ( if windows 10 is all up to date 99% of the time its not the drivers ).
    Reinstall the browser your using?
    Check java version/reinstall it.
The only noticable difference between w10 and w7 is the speed of you're pc...
if your pc can't handle w10 don't upgrade to it ( unless you have an sdd ).
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^suggest you try out all that if it doesnt work try a fresh install of windows 10 xD.
