[TI] Log-in credentials (e-mail accounts)

Hello,

My initial e-mail whitch i used to subscripe with to DO at first was inactivated so no access is recently granted!
I have validated another e-mail account and i need to register it with DO for login and receiving game news.

can you tell me please what options do i have here in order to get new e-mail works.

if you have your second email and pass word then you should be able to set up
that acct

or

if you remeber your user name you can msg support and server details and they useally can help with that acct

 

correct. second account works because i login doing connect with facebook integration
setup new account through account center requires access to old email whitch is inactive

now i should create user/password compination and whiling to receive game news on e-mail
have sent to support twice and still waiting i have certainly described though what i need
can you detail what to inform support supposing i forgot to mention important point on subject?

I know it may be frustrating at times... but you are going to have to wait on the support team to assist you with this matter.
