[TI] Log in issue post-update

    I was playing fine, trying to complete a quest while I still have the 50% EP booster. I then had gates to do immediately after, so it isn't wasted...

    And then the 3D update comes out. Now I can't log in, my screen just goes black after hitting "start". I was told to clear cache/history/cookies blah blah blah. I did all of this, I even re-started my computer and cleared again, but I'm still unable to log in - It's just a black screen.

    I need to be in ASAP or my EP booster runs out, which would be unfair, as this isn't an issue on my side, this is a server problem - as alot of my friends had this issue too, how can I solve this?

    I'm having same problem with you i can't log onto GB1, GB2, GE1, GA1 without black screen

    It must be the new 3D thing. Im getting a black screen when loading the game.

    i have same issue and i cleared everything and the flash cache but still same problem..
    every time i click start i get a black screen and then i get so many pop ups to download some zip files..

    Mine worked, when I just left the gamepage loading for 10minutes. Nightmare, but atleast it works...

    I can log in but every thing only half loads, and theres a black screen after start for me too, plus chat doesnt work, funny how all this started when the 3D update came out. My cache is cleared too, so please dont say its us. Can someone please explain to us what is happeneing?
