[TI] Log in problem

Hi all! My friend has problem with logging into the game. Only with logging into America Global 4. For the other servers there isn't any problem. This appears: http://prntscr.com/98qqiq
Can the support or somebody else help?

 

the problem you're having is you can't connect to the game through the proxy you're using. so either play the game at home or drop the proxy

 

Thank you for assisting this player with their issue.

As they are correct the proxy is the problem, and as it may only happen with certian servers due to the possible distance from that particular server. This is not something that we can chang or alter.

Maybe it is from the internet provider.. Can you give me IP of the server, so they can check what is the problem please? Our support doesnt answer...

 

|18|GhOsT|37|, You will have to go into your browser settings and disable the use of the proxy connection. You will have to do a search for your specific browser on how to do this.
