[TI] Logbook and Balance sheet records

Can someone explain why both my Logbook and Balance sheet only go back to 9/29/2016,

 

Where you away from the game prior to that date for a period of time?

Edit: I just checked my log records.. 29.09.2016 - 19:07 is the furthest back it goes, so probably normal.

 

Every time the team makes a change to the system it resets these logs on us. 29 Sept 2016 is the most recent MAJOR change to the game. Little fix updates do not effect these but a major reload of software will reset these to empty logs at the time the server comes back online from the update.

Adding the Kuiper Gate reset the logs at that time. The addition of the New Hangar System reset the logs. The initial Assembly System addition reset the logs.

I would assume we had a major fix applied at this time since we did not have anything new added.

EDIT:

The logbook used to go back 90 days but I see that Solid_Eye is correct and it has been reduced to 14 days. So much for being able to prove someone is a company killer using the logbook for this.

Your logbook and balance logs only go back 14 days. This has nothing to do with any changes made to the game or otherwise, it is simply just how far back the logs go. As `°ƒµll·†Ħгô††lє°´ mentioned, this is normal.
