[TI] Logbook

So I was checking my logbook for something and noticed I can only view the first 3 pages of my logbook and anytime I try pages from 4 and up it loads a blank webpage.

Using cyberfox an alternate to FireFox.

Tried using Internet Explorer and it shows

"This webpage cannot be displayed. HTTP500
Most likely causes:
*The website is under maintenance.
*The website has a programming error."


So the strange thing is my other accounts aren't doing this and this one account is having the same issue on all browsers i`ve tried.

 

Do you just assume everybody is stupid or something? Your constant posting non-sense is getting old. If you have no real fix and nothing to contribute to the topic do not leave a comment.

 

To make this clear.I don`t bring up issues I have not tried to fix on my end , never have and never will. Now you would know that if you would read more than posting "No bashing intended as there really isn`t a better way to word it" but I know very well how to properly "Manage my computers". I don`t need to see simple things like clearing cache, resetting router and so forth as I already know to do that.

This is Primarily a bug report without the "Prefix" until after server restart where i`ll apply the BUG prefix.

 

Ok I cant view anything in my logbook from the 27th of May back. And after server restart I went from 137 pages to 130 if that helps with anything.

 

Mine seems to work sorry and I went back to May 22nd I can't help you maybe others will check to see if it's a server or personal problem.

 

It is safe to say that this is not a browser issue and the 500 error is a request handle problem sever side. With a major update many things can go pear shaped to the point that data becomes corrupted and even lost, this is something the tech team need to look into ASAP as logbook entries are the holy grail when needing to contact support.

 

Probably not much of a help, but just to throw in some info.
My logbook was reduced to only one page, and even that page is not full. And I'm not playing until some solution is hopefully released so there won't be much entries in my logbook for the upcoming days.
So I can't test looking past 3rd page of the logbook.

 

So just logged into the game decided to check my logbook and found the furthest back I can view anything is:

27.05.2016 - 15:59		Extra energy for galaxy gates received
27.05.2016 - 15:58		Jump credit used

And the number of pages in my logbook has been reduced to 120.
