    Dear sir

    could you please restore 3lives lost during Gamma due to sudden lags
    i have on top purchased additional life to guarantee gate acheivemnt but things went in an unexpected manner. totaly frustrated now remains 1 life and dont wish to re-build the gate again
    due to mind-challenging manner only.
    i realy count on support team to extend cooperation
    i stand before 3 waves untill finish and what to do?

    if u have lost a gate in the last 24 hours you have to email support asking for it back you can have 1 gate reset a month and u can not having another gamma on the map untill they reset it

    Thank you for assisting this player with their issue.
    As you are correct players are eligible for 1 free gate reset every 30 days if you report it to support within 24-48 hours of failing the gate.
