[TI] Lose of equipment, twice!!

Ok so anyone know how to fix this? when transfering equipment from one ship design to another it has all misteriousoly vanished, i moved a full ufe aegis ships worth of equipment from the veteran design to the elite design and poof its gone, i have checked every ship i own and deleted configs on every ship at least 5 times each and still no joy, all the equipment is still there to view in the inventory but that is all, and to top it off ive nearly made a second ufe ship out of the other equipment i have and today that has just vanished too when transfering it from design to design of the same type of ship, any help would be great as im now down to 20 lf4 un-upgraded and 23 BO2's, i refuse to start upgrading these too!

 

Just a glitch, happens to me too. Refresh the hangar page and every thing should be back. And double check to make sure you removed them from your ship. If that doesn't work, clear your cache, try a different browser, etc.

 

Have done all you suggest, it makes no difference unfortunatly, theres only so many times i can refesh, clear configs, clear cache etc, ive tried everything possible i and others can think of at this time

If you have tried the things KilerStreak suggested (thank you!), you might try logging in from a different computer just to see if that makes a difference. If yes, then there is an issue with clearing the cache on your computer which can sometimes happen. Another thing to try would be to go to the Hangar, select any ship then click manage. Once there, click Inventory at the top right and count the equipment in question there to see if they all appear. If yes, then you could try clearing the configurations on both the ship you were transferring from and the one you were transferring to. Hopefully this would get the equipment back where you can use it again.

none of this worked Oddessey, ive kinda given up thinking this will be resolved, bit of a jopke really close the thread coz i cant be bothered with this game anymore, thank you

I'm sorry the suggestions did not help resolve the problem, but we are limited on what we are able to see within the forums. Since you have tried the suggestions above, the best suggestion I have is to send a note to support. Please let them know what you have tried and let them look at your account to see if they can get the items to re-appear for you.
