[TI] Losing updates

Hello,

I'm not able to find similar thread, so I create my own, sorry for that..

Does anyone else have a problem with updates after refreshing game client (F5)? Everytime when I refresh game (because of memory problem in tunnel), updates are disappeared. In "update" tab I see minutes, but speed and shield is shown as normal, non-updated. Only thing which helps with that is warp or regular logout - login.

And if is this problem known, is it reported?

This issue is known to support and they are currently working on finding a solution. Therefore at the moment the only hot-fix we can recommend is to avoid using the refresh button if possible, but instead when you are in a safe location, to use the log-out button instead as a means of refreshing your game and clearing your memory.

I apologize for the inconvenience caused by this glitch, however it is being worked upon.

Nice to know that. I know that "solution" is use logout button, but in Tunel of terror (where I have to refresh because of high memory usage) I can't log-out.
I only wanted to know if someone knows that and works on it, or not.
