[TI] Lost almost everything

    I know I have not played much since Feb 2015, but I logged in last night and have nothing. Well I still have my hangers a few ship and all upgraded drones and apis, but lost all my upgraded shields, LF3s ,LF4s, even my credit shields and LF2s all gone. My cloaks and all the other stuff? I emailed Supposrt last night but have gotten nothing from them. Anyone have any suggestions or did I just get punished and they took all my stuff away. All that money wasted?

    Equipment loss seems to happen a lot to people who go inactive for a long time, you've done the right thing by contacting support, they should be able to recover it for you. Just have to wait for them to get back to you.

    I have been waiting for over 5 months for them to restore all my equipment on my now old main, support are a joke!

    Hmmm, remind me never to go inactive. On the other hand, I have some friends that have gone inactive and came back and support got their equipment back.

    Thank you all for your assistance with this players issue.

    As suggested, you will need to contact support and ask if they can try and retrieve items that we lost during an inactive time in your game play.
