[TI] MHH ISSUES

just a quick question as i just bought uri 7.50 worth on the sales page it actually shows as 105,000 uri with the sales and mhh but i only received 90,000 ? any idea also how do i upload a copy of sales page thanks

 

I just found the same problem. I purchased 1,155,000 uri, but only received 990,000 uri. Yet another problem with DO, bigpoint need to get there act togethere soon. I took a screen shot of the paymenjt screen, and have emailed support, i sugest you do the same. Cheers

if u save your bank information on that page you get 10% more uri 99k uri
dont no where you get 105k from

its a typo

 

The uridium purchase page is showing all packages as 3.5x uridium. These are the amounts that should be shown on a helix hour clearly another glitch in this not so perfect game. Although in this instance it is false advertising so they may need to increase all packages bought during MHH

 

well it was advertised it as 105k,

and i got it from the official darkorbit page, under 'Uridium'.

 

yeah i brought it advertised as 105k only reason i actually spent tbh

 

its a typo as the basic uri has not changed u may get compo for it

Here is what i got from logs during Helix Hack . Helix Price Hack+ 907,500 U. + 363,000 U = 1,270,500 U. So 330,000 x 3.5= 1,115,000 + 10% for credit card = 1,270,500 Is working just fine for me maybe check your balance in the uridium page.

 

No if you buy 30,000 during helix hack is 30,000 x 3.5= 105,000 + 10% if you use credit card.

 

I say it is a glitch that someone set up the Helix Sale instead of MHH but the MHH Uridium is what was booked. Payment Support might assist with this but I would not hold my breath for them to fix it. Be happy you got the MHH amount and enjoy the game, assuming you can get past the glitches.
