[TI] Missing BO2's

    Hi all,

    I wondering if anyone can help.

    I am missing 2 lvl 16 BO2s. I have checked through every ship I own, deleted each configuration about 5 times, and yet they are still not there? I have cleared cache etc but still nothing.

    I have already written to support who have confirmed I own the 2 missing BO2's (they show in my inventory) but support cannot do anything at this stage.

    Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I find this missing equipment.

    You could try upgrading 2 BO2 to level 16

    There have been several people mention equipment has gone missing since the launch of the New Hangar System. Does the equipment show when you look in the Inventory filtering for Generators? If so then you might want to remove them from all ships and see if they show up in the available equipment when entering the "manage" window? I know when you remove them and want to equip them on another ship you did have to refresh the Hangar sometimes to be able to see all of the removed equipment, so this might be the issue also but I do not believe so if you have been trying this for a while.

    Can the OP tell me if they have attempted to use the methods provided above? Also did it resolve the issue or not.

    Hi Guys,

    All methods mentioned in this thread have been tried and no joy. Support have already agreed with me that the account has this equipment but for some reason it cannot be equipped. If you could have a look into my account Astraea that would be great as support have in as many words implied that they have more important issues to deal with.
