[TI] Missing kronos parts after completing gate

Hello.
I completed 2 lambdas gates today the first gate issued a kronos part the second did not. Please look into this as i need the missing part to complete a kronos gate during the gate event. My server is usa east 3 player name ~Single~barrel~ user id is 161970849

nice still unable to perform BASIC job functions ? funny i can get a chat ban inside of 1 minute and i can get a post removed from fourms with in 5 minute`s but i cant get a legit game issue response in 20 hours. What can i say but very weak customer service. Issue still has not been resolved. still wating

 

Take screen shots of the log book showing the completion of the gates, and Kronos G G M showing only 1 part received (if you have more than that do you remember when the other parts were issued), create a ticket to support and ask for the missing part to be replaced. If you are not aware of how to attach to the initial message (as I am not able to) when they send you the automated response send in a reply to it with the attached proof of NO addition of the Kronos part for the completion of the gate. As it is a weekend they may not get back to you before Monday or Tuesday but if you send this in soon they may be able to help you sooner than later.

These types of issues are beyond the assistance of the community and is possibly why no one has looked at the post or replied to it.
