[TI] Missing Level 16 Modules

So, i of course, don't play this game anymore, but i do log in once every 2-3 months just to see what's up, and about 3 months ago, i logged in, and put some mods on a base, noticed they never went in, i talked to a player about it, he said it's a bug (When isn't there) Anyways, they were a level 16 shield and hull module, that's 500k uri if i recall, and I never got them back, there's no way in hell im spending 500k on modules like that, so either give em back or give me the 500k uri.... And I have videos of the mods, my original clan mates can vouch for it too. That's a rip off, from a bug, i expect you guys to step up and fix it. Cause if i ever decide to play again, i'll be pretty damn ticked to know 500k uri was straight up stolen from me.

They are still reviewing the problem they say their still working on it and they are still not able to give any time frame on when it will be fixed. I am sure that this will of course make players quit the game as there are some players already saying they don't think anyone will ever get them back. They think the modules are lost and in no way is DO able to get them back. I personally don't know what to think other than really DO this is acceptable months have gone by and no word on any ones modules yet. This i think is a reflection of how capable they are to fixing the game when a new bug comes out, what's next all our uri and all upgraded items will disappear from our account and DO thinks they can just give us more uri per purchase and this will solve the problem till they have months to investigate? it's already causing problems just from the modules going missing now you hardly ever see any cm cause they are probably tired of all the comments they get about DO and everyone asking them what's going on. So they decide not to speak. Also I am sure all players are getting tired of them saying they are still looking into it when they are constantly bringing out new events and new equipment. Now i was watching their new twitch video and they are working on some new ships for us to purchase. I say how about put those ship on the back burner and use your time to work a little harder and show your paying customers that your trying to fix the bugs in the game before you make more. I think all upgrades to the game and all event's should be put on hold till this is fixed

The issue you are talking about started back in MAY and as the CBS's are still an issue that has not been fixed they have not looked into returning equipment as they don't want to have any possible overlap of loss to create an issue of too many modules being returned to the people who lost them.

.†ι¢є_gяιмσιяє†., says it best, the time taken to rectify the last batch of MAJOR issues has been way too long. Stop this garbage of creating updates until you fix the problems that have been going on since April 1 and still seen in the game, LAG, PET Protocols, CHAT, CBS Modules and associated, PvP kills, Quests and counters, missing equipment, lost Ships, AJP-01 equipping and use, and Drone Formation changing issues. A lot of these issues should have been caught (if would have thought a little about it) during the creation phase of the upgrade and the excuse of "working with old code" is getting too old for dealing with stupidity issues. The biggest slap in our face was the Hangar System change and creating 49 ships instead of 13. When you have ship specific quests this should have been thought of before the development of the upgrade got past the first test and writing a conversion code to convert the different ships to count as a Basic Ship should not have taken more than a week to correct, it is now almost 2 months since it was introduced (just short a week).

We keep hearing about PATIENCE and how we have to have it, this is getting OLD there have been no updates made since JUNE of any progress (IF ANY) and the game is getting worse instead of better, at this rate I would say you will be lucky to have any players around to help celebrate 10 years of D O, which is less than 6 months away.

 

I've been saying for years:
"Fix the bugs, stop putting new things in, you're destroying the game"
They continue to ignore such advice from me and many others.
This game is nothing like it used to be, I can't see myself coming back.
I finally landed a full time job today, and planned on getting a new PC (FINALLY) so I could play DO, and slap kids without lagging every 5 seconds. But at this rate I won't be back till they step it up.

 

I don't think a new computer would resolve the LAG issues caused by D O. It seems that until they get away from FLASH for their streaming we will never be without LAG.

They have had to replace the revenue streams lost caused by the numerous Veteran Wallets that have "QUIT" the game do to the lack of concern for the community or their input into the game. Currently most of the spending has been curtailed as the game is so un-playable that no one wants to invest in the garbage we have now.

 

this , this is why I also quit ,and just like you I log in every now and then ...they don't focus much on their community , but rather how to maximize profits

 

yes be nice to build base all the hull modules went from my account be nice to have update soon just to know if we should level up new hull module or wait on the ones that went not sure on what did go. Also the Jackpot monthly one thats been over year now so 120k they have saved on each server should we not have big event like boxes to pick up with good uri in them lol

 

A new pc would still help more then a 6 y.o notebook lmao
