  1. just wanted to know what happened to the over 45k promerium i had in my skylab and also what happened to the 2910 promerium i was sending to my ship ? when i logged just now and clicked on my skylab to see if my promerium had arrived to my ship there was no answer and also the 45k balance of promerium i had in my skylab was no longer there, did something happen to cause this error ? when i clicked on my promerium refinery i see a small red triangle on it so i'm guessing there's a problem with it. ([IMG]71466775) any and all help will be appreciated, thank you for your time and patience

  2. I saw a slight problem in transfer to the ship as well.
I closed of the client and when I restarted, the shipment had been completed with no loss.
    Hope this helps you.

  3. How is the power to your skylab? Also is your seprom refinery running? If so go catch it... LOL It uses up prom faster than it can be made.

When posting in the forums, it is usually best to provide the following information (Ship Name / User Id/ Server) so that a member of the team can investigate the matter further.

Where the Skylab is concerned. You may want to look at the the level of the Basic module and the Solar Module (Which is the Battery the makes the Skylab produce faster.) We also recommend that players get their collectors leveled completely and try to keep the refineries at the same level. The reason for this is.. when you have the refineries working on different levels they are not producing enough ore to create the seprom. So in fact it will deduct the ore needed to make the seprom, making it take longer for the others refineries to process.

A suggestion, would be to turn off the seprom and let the other refineries build up to the full capacity and then turn the Seprom back on.

    I hope this helps.
    Have a lovely day
