    The calmDown error is normally a ban, you might want to take that one up with support.

    with all the cheaters getting banned i wouldn't doubt it some of them want to strike back they will get bored and new will replace

    Calm down error is normally a perma ban but can some times pop up when the server as a senior moment, error 500 is a general request handle error normally when a specific cause cannot be identified a random glitch as can happen with all software and hardware from time to time.
