[TI] My account has been reset?

  1. So 5 days ago I logged onto my account, to find that it had been completely reset. Emailed support, waited forever, just got a response from them that my account had been put on temporary hold due to inactivity and that everything should be fine now. However, when I log on, it still shows that my account is reset as if I had just started playing. My username is "ʞıɯɐɥɹı" and now when I log on, it shows it has "ʞıɯɐɥɹı3712" as if my account has somehow been split into two account?? I'm unsure, anyways if someone could please help that would be great.. emailing support is such a slow process. Oh, I have also tried logging onto to my account with this new "3712" with no luck.
    *The server is "Great Britain"

Here is my thought,I think you forgot what your username was so 3712 was always there then the reset makes sensesI would wait a day or so untill I saw my stuff coming back if its been a few years might take a bit but btw Should not post your login name in the forum for obvious reason hope you get things fixed soon good luck.

    If you have access to your account, I might suggest that you contact support and ask them to see if they can possibly see if they could restore the old equipment that was on your account before it went inactive.

    Your best hope is sticking with support and being patient.
