[TI] My email is screwed up please help :)

    Hello! I wasnt playing for year or two but now i have decided to come back and play. So first thing i had to do was to remember my username and password. Well everything is ok i know my email right? so i go in press forgot my username enter email it shows it sent me somthing i go on email nothing after 24h nothing so i noticed somthing is wrong i made new account. UID 168085177 name Edvardinsh server int7. i pressed forgot my username again and still nothing arrives in my email please investigate.
    P.S i writed to support they didnt even bother to read my question just asked for UID and name and server but first sentence i sent to them was i cant access my account

    Hello Edvardinsh,

    Unfortunately this is not something we can assist with here in forums, you must continue to work with support. I'd recommend writing them back and explaining that you did not have the information they requested available and since you are unable to access the account, cannot get it from there. Hopefully they will be able to assist you further.
