[TI] my PET disappeared

    The first problem is I think this is an internet connection problem because the other friends have no lagging problems, like delay shooting and can not jump to hades gate ..
    Then the 2nd problem is I do a spin gate alpha beta gamma with an unusual cost of 396,000 uridium (the more expensive this game) but when spin happens an unusual delay occurs and takes 1 hour to assemble the gate. Because upset After that I logout and turn off the computer.
    And just now I try to login again to see if there is still a problem and it turns out I get the 3rd problem that I encountered today is my PET disappeared after today reached level 20 and I renamed. No connection button or disconnect.
    Where is my PET?
    To Team Support please help me solve this problem ..

    See if it returned, if not, remove everything from your configs and reload them and see if it returns. If still gone, send a ticket to support about the pet. Support will not see the problem here.
