[TI] need help contacting support

  1. This player with a bunch of vru in 4-1 got me after i made it and jumped port,I was amazed by the fact he somehow influenced my escaping the map.I had a 5 second speed start ahead of him.
    I believe some modern software caused the in-game server to fail on the left 4-1 port for me to jump and escape out of the map,thus allowing him to cheat and get away with it.

    Admins please help.

     
  2. Top of the page there is a "?" question mark. Click on it and click support. From there, put in your issue and send.

    Make sure you have some kind of proof. Something tells me you got bit by the lag. Good Luck.

    Thank you for assisting this player with their issue, the directions on how to contact support are correct.

    As many players experience a lag when they are in larger groups of players or their is a lot of graphics going on within their screen play.
    What I would ask is... how are you connected to the internet? (Cable / DSL / WiFi / phone or public access point. As this could also be part of the issue.

    As suggested above, you are more than welcome to contact support on this matter. However they are going to need some type of proof that foul play was part of the issue.
