[TI] Need help so much

    11 days now can t play dark orbit every time i click start i lost connection tried other browser and played from lap and another bc still same i mail support and they say clear cash that s so stupid i not newbie i already did that and hi i tried another computer and lap so any one can help i even remove flash and download another one any one can help please don t late i losing rank o_O:(:( thanks and sorry for take your time 47029401 my ID
     
  2. They have been having problems through one ISP. You should ask if yours is the one. Also check with your ISP. Maybe there is an issue in your area.

    i don t know i clear every thing temp and maked lap new and used another lap and computer all i know that i can t play and i losing rank and missing good event anything to do to help me

  4. hey Brother, have you tried Ice Dragon to log in?
    what internet connection are you using, have you tried to ping the server and see how much latency you have?

    Do u play any other game if so how does that one play? if u are in the us they passed a law so they can't throttle u down after downloading, but your Us cO. don't might not have enforced it yet.

    i used chrome srwirron firfox and water fox opera all on 3 other device still can t play and i in ksa :(

    i uses Ice Dragon now boss still same lost conect after click start

    muslim_guy, As you have tried this on multiple devices and browsers, there may be an issue with your ISP or connecting equipment. Would it be possible to engage your ISP and see if they can assist in this issue?

  10. Perhaps try to use a different account to see if that works? or another server? as it may be just that one account or on that one particular server you cant log into.

  12. Ok, it could be that your problem is your ISP. You may need to check your usage. Depending on how they operate, once you have reached your monthly limit, they may put blocks on your account to protect you from overage charges.

    no man its 12 gb and i only used 1.5 from it so 10.5 remain

    any other way i can try so ican play ? guys please help me

  14. I understand but you may want to check with them. Depending on how long it took you to use that 1.5 gb they may feel you will go over fast. Also, was that 1.5 gb in the current cycle? How much did you use in the cycle before that? How long have you been using it? In a good month I have run 120 gb between this game and video streaming a few movies on my home connection. I had contacted a company to get a cellular modem to play on like you and they advised against it. You may want to check with them as they could have still put a block up.

    ok i bought another modem and i went to company they saide your remaning balance still can work for another month but i bouhght new still not work and they saide the problem have nothing to do with them i think i will quite thank for help guys and sorry for waste your time see all later on good news
     
  16. Sorry to see you go. You obviously do not have any issues getting to the forums and I shall assume you can get on other sites. I was going to ask if you tried getting onto the game while at the company and trying it on your account with them watching. CSR's will tell a customer almost anything to keep them thinking they are getting great service. Of course this is assuming you are on a laptop. I play on a tablet and before purchasing it, I checked about 20 different ones because I wanted the tablet just so I could play this game. The reps at the stores told me I would be able to play it on any of the tablets they carried but I proved them wrong and showed them the same. I would suggest you go someplace else to try and log into the game and see if it works. Somebody elses computer on their network, or your computer on a different network. It will say a lot.

    If you decide not to try, I understand but hate to see you go with no real resolution. I play from 4 different locations but on my tablet. Sometimes more, so when there was network problems, I knew it and was able to tell my isp, its your network. Sorry to see you possibly bought something you didn't need but with you buying it and it not fixing your problem, it just leaves me frustrated to no end. :oops:

    thanks man but if you read in the first meesage i tried 3 other device lap and pc all not mine with other network i using mobily network modem that s my conect and i play from lap wrong not in net i try from another 2 conect other company and 2 device so wrong not on my lap its on the account or the game thanks man
     
  18. OK, I guess I just missed it then. I would send a ticket to support and see what they can do.

    I am not aware of all the networks available in your area but was trying to see. Good Luck...

    muslim_guy, I am sorry for the delay in responding. I have checked your ISP type and see that it is a 3G/4G cellular modem. Cellular has a higher latency than traditional land based ISPs, and can have varying coverage/speed depending on many factors. Is 4G available in your area, and is the signal strength good? Have you checked with your ISP to see if perhaps they may have restrictions on use that may be causing your issues?

  20. 3g don't work so well with DO anymore I can not get in game if I try 3g with normal signal, just the back page etc, but not in tho the map, I use 4g and it works fine for me, or with 3g on a boosted antenna
