    This issue you have reported is currently being investigated by support however we have yet to receive an update or feedback on the problem. Therefore until we receive any further information there is nothing we can do.

    Hi -Evil™-,

    Unfortunately i could not give you a time as to when to expect a response. Support have a tonne of issues and questions that they investigate week in week out, therefore it will be a matter of when they get to this issue in question. I have however asked for an update or feedback, in hope that it will speed things along a bit.
