    Hello my game friend request bonus's havent been credeted i asked about this few weeks ago now its bothering me the fact im being ignored and not been replied too all i want is my bonus's thats all this is the 3rd time i have asked..... Ddraig looked at this last time and tried asking for it to be sped up clearly its not being taken sereously... im not going to spend on the game that dosnt give me my rewards....

    -Evil™-, We take all concerns seriously. Are you certain they used the link exclusively to get to the Dark Orbit page and sign in? Did all of the players reach the required level (10)?

    yep as far as i know because they all have ticks in wich means i should be able to claim my rewards but i wouldnt kow what level they are.

    Ive also done some long time ago and didnt get any reward i had to ↓

    The one thing we know about the friends and invite program is... there are some pretty specific rules and guidelines that must be adhered to. I think if I am not mistaken these are some of the items that make a real big difference.

    must not share the same computer.
    must not live in same household.
    must not share the same IP address
    must not share the same email address.

    So we here in forums cant see or tell any of that information, we can only tell you what we know are the guidelines.
    If you feel that these guidelines have been meet then I would suggest you contact support and ask them to look in to the matter further.

    You might have to provide the players names and email address so that they can check it out for you.
    But this is the best suggestion I can offer at this time.

    okay thanks i have asked support too look into this a month ago they said it was passed on but i havent had a reply even when asked for a follow up on the matter... but thankyou very much

    I realize that support does get busy, but don't give up.
    sooner or later they will get your issue taken care of.
