    Many of us use the f keys for hot keys, as I use f5 for an important key to my game, and now when I use it, it refreshes the client. Not good at all, you guys need to remove this and allow the f keys to be used with key bindings. I'm not sure if it's just f5 or others too, but f5 is known to be a web browser refresh. However it doesn't do it on FF or Chrome, so why would it do it on your client?

    While I know people will say, just change to another key.. but when you're used to using a certain set of keys in a certain way, for so long, the more logical fix would be to make that key usable. We have 20 keys, 30 if you count the pro-action bar (which for the life of me I'll never understand why they don't get their own separate key bindings still), other keys for logging off, port jumping, pet repair, per ship repair, etc, so we use a lot of keys, and being limited to just a-z is kind of annoying.

    If you want everyone to switch to the new client, you should do a better job in making it comfortable for them. As many are not accepting of changes, and a couple I have spoken to are also users of the F keys above the numbers because they are easy to access.

    Thanks for reporting this.

    Are you still having this issue?

  3. The 'F5' key will do a refresh when using the download browser, however, it depends on two things;
    1/ state of the cache which is under the 'Settings' button to clear
    and
    2/ whether or not the back-page has gotten into a logged out state

    There are times when it will require a full shut down of the client and back-page followed by a complete restart.
