[TI] Obsidian Booty box Issue

I looted on my 2nd the Poison Solace skin and I hyped alot, and on my 3rd key I looted the LEGEND DIMINISHER and I started shouting ofcourse. But when I flew back to base to look at the ships in the hangar they werent there - and I got really confused. What is more curious is that its not showing in my loot log what I've aquiered from the obsidian loot boxes, neither it shows in the voucher tab ->loot. I have to say I'm really dissapointed right now, because I paid for those keys and got really RNG-lucky - can you PLEASE look into this and most hopefully help me? I'd apreciate it alot :/

I am willing to buy 5 new keys, so that I can prove that it is not shown in the loot log at either loot logs what I recieve.

 

Most likely you have to go to support, remember to provide server and user ID to them, so they will instantly look at the issue and does not need to gather any additional information.

 

I purchased 15 of those Obsidian Keys. Received the following but am missing one key out of the 15. Went threw my log several times and still only can find 14 instances. I'm not too worried about it though.

First time I've gotten them, so I don't know if this is any good or not. checked my log and inventory, all are there and accounted for accept for that one elusive key
