[TI] Old account... gone?

  1. Hey guys, Rice from GB2. Wondering whats happened with my main Master{Rice}™[Я«], as i'm no longer able to access it. Thought I would try a random username for the password forgotten option and that didn't work, so typed in Master{Rice}™[Я«] and it's apparently sent an email somewhere, which didn't go to either of my emails. Is there a way to recover my account?

  2. You'll probably want the User ID for the account, and contact support about it. There isn't really anything anyone on the forums can do for you.

    Thank you for assisting thsi plyaer with their issue.

    As mentioned, you will need to contact support and provide them with as much information as possible to locate the account in question.
    Ship Name
    User ID
    Server
    Registered email address.

    Please do not post that information here, you will need to go to your home page > ? icon > Support.

  4. I've contacted support, as you can see they've reactivated the account but haven't really helped with the problem :/
    The issue i'm having is that Master{Rice}™[Я«] is physically not on my email address anymore, my second account is which is the one i'm using now, but the main just doesn't seem to exist, even though it clearly does. Support just kinda dusted around the question, would be great to recover it.

    Would be great to know whose stolen it too, thanks.
     
  5. Are you able to get onto that account?
    And please, limit yourself to ONE account PER EMail. It will save you from such issues.
    And if you are able to get onto that account, disconnect any other accounts to that email (move them to other) and reconnect it with the original.

    Unfortunately we here in forums cannot retrieve an account for you or give you any information about old accounts. As we have truly no idea what account you are referencing. What I might suggest is that you contact support back and try a different approach.

    If you are looking for a specific account, go through your emails as far back as possible and locate the following information:
    Ship Name:
    User ID:
    Server:
    Any payment transactions for that account and send them to support -

    Tell them as much information and see if they can help you further.
    However posting here in forums will not get you the help you are looking for as we do not have that type of access.
