[TI] "page not responding" during gate

My game froze at the end of finishing off the kristallons in Beta gate. I spent more than 20k uri for ammo and basically lost it all!? This seems extremely unfair. Is there a way to recoup this uri. I'm at US east server (4 I think) id # 166476854...this occurred on Tuesday 5/31/16 at 5:26 pm. I began the gate about 4:00 pm. rottsreign is my sign on name. Game name is Wild n Free. thank you

 

No chance of you getting your uri back, but they can reset it for you if you lost the gate. Just stick with kami next time too, even if you don't have prem it's less than 20k

 

Thanks for your advice. I'm so frustrated. I'm getting a Kami as soon as I recoup my uri.

rottsreign, Here are the guidelines for a gate reset.
• EN Servers Only
• 1 Gate Reset per month ( 30 day period of time -no exceptions)
• No Frame Rate required

• All gate issues must be posted within 1 hour to 48 hours of the issue event. Anything past to 48 hours that is not posted will not be an accepted issue.

Please note that you will need to contact support and provide the following information:
Ship name:
User ID:
Server
Registered email address.

Closing as player has been referred to Support.
