  1. on Oct 25 2015 at about 9 pm MST USA i bought 3 / 5,000 Uridium packs on the helix on 2 different transactions during the heilix event whitch means 19,650 uri each x3 = 58,950 uri and i only got 15,000 total so far please make sure i get the remainding 43,950 uri

    also you had a deal with every 5,000 uri bought you get a day of 50% more honer i only got 2 day's instead of 3 day's whitch i should have please insure i get the extra day

    i did try a few other payment options that did not work before i ended up useing a particular card with my pay pal for these last transactions just to let you know but it finaly went threw and the money was taken out of my account and into yours

    also i would like to add that none of this is my fault i tryed your support page and i had no luck i don't think whoever responded understands my problem i bought the uri at a certain time and did not get all of what i should have all i want is what is owed

    also i think you all froze my account from use of my credit card and pay pal becouse i tryed to get in touch with you all threw pay pal as well and still no responce from that as well so i dont know how to get in touch with you all

    i would also like to know why my chat and general game don't work well is this becouse of all this pay ment issue? so i cant complain in chat or some thing like that would get me far huh?

    well i hope we can resolve all this soon please help
