    I've already sent this to support but I've had not reply in a week, I have missed several deals and Mega happy hours simply because I now for some reason only have two methods of payment, A 'Paysafecard' and Some sort of bigpoint thing. What happened to debit and paypal where have they gone?

    It all depends on your region and the agreements they have for those regions. I can tell you now that since this is a payment issue, you probably need to put in another request to support and wait. They have had some issues with support request, but make sure this one goes to payment support and not general support. Also as it is a payment issue, the mods are going to close this down as it purely a support issue.

    Ah thank you and i'm UK, I was Attempting to do it but it is asking for a reference code what is this meaning for the purchase? because I only remember getting a error message
