[TI] PAYMENT page refuses to load

  1. Greetings. i am trying to renew my rebate advantage pack for the discounted galaxy gates today on west server. But for the past 2 hours your payment tab has been un-reachable. I managed to get through once, and clicked buy now (i have my credit info saved) but it just continually buffered until the page told me it timed out. Now i refuse to try again until you resolve the problem, as i feel like i will be charged multiple times for the ONE transaction i would like to make. (being charged multiple times has happened to me before.)

  2. First, if your credit card is on file, and you did not CANCEL the subscription after you last purchase, it will automatically purchase a NEW subscription.

    Second, when was the last time you cleared your Browser History and Flash Cache? These can cause some issues with page loading.

    Third, they have been having some major issues with the servers and access. Check your email and see if you received any notice of the purchase.

    Fourth, check the Subscription tab of the Uridium page and it will show all Current Subscriptions along with the fact if they are Active or Canceled. If it is ACTIVE it will automatically renew, if Canceled then you need to buy again.

    Finally, check the Credit Card transactions and see if there is a pending charge for the date of this transaction, they usually post immediately.
     
  3. I delete the info each time so it DOES NOT re-charge.
    I have cleared my cache 6 times since yesterday.
    I have updated my flash/shockwave/java.
    I cannot check the subscription on the payment page AS IT WILL NOT LOAD.
    I have not recieved any emails regarding my purchase.
    Now i can not buy the 50% honor booster that was released today either, because i have yet to even buy rebate!
     
  4. 50% Honor Booster is a GIFT for purchasing Uridium not an in game purchase so rebate has nothing to do with it.
    I also play US2 and have not had any problem loading the Uridium Page so it must be something in your computer causing the issue. Do you have another computer you can try to access the page from?

  6. Me and my clan member are having the same exact issue, we both have different internet service providers and it will not load, even if we do change browsers.

    Usually I can access payment if I wait long enough, but it's a rare occasion.
     
  7. Need to post trace routes for the server in question along with the server so the techs can try to figure it out.
