[TI] Payment Problem

    Yeah, I know I must send a mail to support, but before you jump into any conclusions, let me explain my problem.
    So, it started of 2-3 weeks ago. I badly need 10K uri to get my PET, so I tried to buy 5k uri via text message. Here in Malaysia, 5.1k uri costs 10 RM or 2.8 USD. So I typed in my number and sent the text message. All went well, till an error message appeared, saying that my transaction was incomplete, but it turns out that my phone credit has been cut! So, I tried to send a ticket to Payment support, but it is asking for transaction ID, which wasn't available in the text message sent by Codapay or anything. So yeah.. what am I supposed to do? I had sent a mail to Support about this, so they redirected me to the tickets, but this now?

    P.S. I did this 4 times, lost 10 USD (not a big deal, but the uri's worth it.)
    Help me please?

    As this is a payment issue, you will need to contact support and us the option Payment. As frustrating as it may be, you are going to have to wait for a response.

    Yeah, you are right, I am trying to contact support, but the fact is, I need the transaction ID; which is not available in mobile text message payment I guess; so i cannot submit the ticket.

    I got my first package; but my other 3 havent reached me yet. Anyway; I am confident i will recieve my uri..

    Did you receive all of the packages that you were suppose to.

    As for the transaction number that should have been emailed to you as a confirmation of purchase.

    Yup! It seems that I have received the conformation email too. I really appreciate this work from the support as well as from you, Astraea. Mind not; but can you check if i had bought another? because I think that i had purchased 4 of them. if not, pardon my memory!

    Unfortunately I don't have the ability to verify how many purchase you made. If they were individual purchases, you should receive an email for each.
