[TI] payment problem

    what is wrong with payment? whenever i try to pay with my credit card (that is my only option do not suggest me other payment options) i receive this error message : Unfortunately the transaction could not be executed.
    Please try it again
    please help i don't wanna miss this helix

    I understand your since of urgency. However, payment problems can only be resolved through Support.

    That being said, from personal expereince, online merchants, not just BP/DO have had consistent issues with credit cards issued by VISA.
    If you are using a Visa, then please try a different card.

    Also, I understand paying by credit card is your only option.

    However, food for thought.....
    You may want to consider PayPal, in which the payment is secure by credit card and funds are also charged to said credit card.

    Another option is to by a Subway card or other gift card that BP/DO accepts and purchase it online from a merchant that gived the gift card number once purchased online.
