[TI] Payment support

  1. Had a problem Saturday where I bought 30,000 Uri but it was on sale....the payment screen said I'd get 60,000. I went ahead and paid as usual but when I got back to the client I only got 33,000 (+ the 10% bonus). My EMAIL receipt however said I got 60,000.

    I went through the normal Payment Support form and first off, there were no fields on that screen where I could enter any explanatory text. Just canned questions and a spot to upload image files. So I selected "Credit not received" (or something like that), took screen shots of both the receipt - that showed I should have received 60,000 - and my Banking "Balance" that showed I got 33,000, uploaded them and submitted the form.

    Got their response back that they said (of course) that they couldn't find a mistake based on the info I sent. They either didn't get the screen shots or - because of lack of anywhere on the form to EXPLAIN - didn't "get" the message.

    Anyways, they suggested I contact them via the Forum or by another "form". Since the form didn't accomplish anything I thought I'd try the Forum...however, there is no longer a Payment Support link here (that I can find).

    Can you point me where I can either contact Payment Support directly (without the infernal "form")???

  2. i just got to ask what was the time stamp on the transaction ...asin what time dose it say you payed for the uri
     
  3. Edit - This was done on SATURDAY night, 10-24. For some reason, the date on the email I received on SATURDAY had Sundays (10-25) date. Just to clarify.

    This was done on 10/24 at 9:32. Email came in at 9:33. Here's the text of the email:

    Hello Ghiamonster,
    We wish to thank you for your order 667249279 for DarkOrbit on 10.25.2015 and hope that you have lots of fun with your purchase.

    What I would suggest is that you do the following: Go to your home page > ? > help > Support > when it opens, use the drop down menu and choose Payment. Then send your issue, it will go to payment.

  6. As a matter of fact, it doesn't answer my question. As noted in my initial post that's what I did. The only REAL information I could enter was a couple screen shots. There was nothing there that allowed any textual explanation. I worked with what was given me and Payment Support told me they couldn't find anything wrong and suggested I try the FORUM which I'm attempting to do here. Do they not know the Payment Support forum doesn't exist anymore?????

    As there is no longer a dedicated forum for Payment Support so I posted in this forum asking what my next step should be.

    I am sorry I misunderstood the actual issue.

    You will need to send in a support ticket to the regular support team and use the game issue. Include all of the information as well as your description.

    I would recommend that you put a note at the top that reads: Uridium purchase issue, so that it can be directed to the person who can assist you further on this issue.

    Again, my apologies for misunderstanding the original issue.
