[TI] Pet problems and Modules

Hey guys,
Some of my friends in TS3, (play DO GB1), noticed that their pets have some problems. The salvage protocols don't work as the same before. Fix that bug pls, because they invested a lot of uri in it.
Another problem is that the rock-modules in their hangar vanished without any reason. Its not only the problem in my hangar and equipment, it also in all DO-Players here.
Pls fix that bug and reply if u have already done it.

There are several threads about the salvage problem. Its very well known.

What is the rock module issue you refer to?

 

He is talking about the CBS Modules that are being lost, also a known issue with multiple threads going currently. Please look through the forums before just creating a new thread, easiest way is to click the "New posts" link above and look thru the first 3-4 pages if you are not a frequent flyer of the forums. You can even Clear these by clicking "Mark Forums Read" when you leave and then the only thing you will see are current commented and newly started threads.

 

There are several threads on the PET protocols as well as the CBS modules missing.

The protocol issue has been reported.
The Modules issue - players are referred to support for further assistance.

There are several posts now in the Official Announcement and Tech Announcement section of forums regarding current issues. I recommend keeping an eye there for any updates. We do not have a date when these fixes would be implemented, but this post shows you their current priority of fixes.
