    Hello on Global Europe my pet will not pick up boxes or move I have double boxer that I buy so can this please be looked into thanks 007x

    Some times P.E.T's get stuck this is most common when jumping through a portal, in most cases if you shut down your P.E.T and restart it you should find it will move again and you can collect boxes.
